Diarmuid Grant, a native of Derry/Londonderry, has recently been appointed Operations and Supply Chain Manager at Donite Plastics in Saintfield, County Down.
After graduating from the University of Ulster in 2007 with a degree in Engineering Management, Diarmuid went on to complete an advanced diploma in Management with Parity which saw him progress to his first role at Hovis Bakery as part of a graduate scheme.
Having worked with Hovis Bakery for approximately 13 years, Diarmuid held various roles including Process Improvement Manager, Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Manager and Manufacturing Manager.
In his new role with Donite Plastics, Diarmuid brings with him the ability to build relationships, strong leadership and management skills and how to motivate staff in order to get the best out of them.
Thomas Holmes Appointed Sales and Business Development Manager at Donite Plastics
Thomas Holmes has recently been appointed Sales and Business Development Manager at Donite Plastics in Saintfield, County Down.
Thomas joins Donite with 12+ years’ experience in working with local, national and international OEMs, in sectors including agri-tech, coach building, material handling, aerospace and road transport.
In his new role, Thomas brings with him extensive experience in establishing and driving business development, key account management and customer strategies, with a focus on growing turnover and improving customer relationships.
With his expertise, he can help support OEMs with their current vacuum forming supply, alongside, converting key products to thermoforming.
