Five £1,000 funding prizes will be awarded to local, artisan producers across Northern Ireland thanks to a new initiative from Tayto, the Tayto Craft Collective.
The competition has been developed to support local makers involved in creating amazing craft products from pots to prints and gin to jewellery.
Five £1,000 prizes are available and all producers need to do to enter is tell the Tayto Craft Collective, in 750 words or less, how the money would make a real difference to their craft business.
Elly Hunter, Marketing Director at Tayto said: “We are delighted to launch this initiative to help support craft makers throughout Northern Ireland. There are five £1,000 prizes to be won so if you’re a craft producer, and £1,000 could make a real difference for your business, then let us know.
“You might use the money for materials or equipment, or social media ads and branding – whatever it is, tell us and you could be in with a chance of winning. Local craft producers have been out in force over the last year, supporting our communities and keeping things moving. Now’s our chance to support them and thank them for all their hard work.”
Artisan producers will have until Sunday 4th April to enter at www.winwithtayto.com
All valid entries will then be judged with the five lucky recipients to be notified by Friday 16th April.
Producers are able to enter as long as they are based in Northern Ireland, they make and sell hand-made craft items, their enterprise does not involve more than 5 employees or paid individuals and a £1,000 craft grant could make a REAL difference to their craft enterprise.
