Northern Ireland experts join forces to help women ‘Shake Self-Doubt’ and rise into their potential

Two Northern Ireland experts are joining forces to deliver an immersive new masterclass designed to help women understand self-doubt, quieten their inner critic and move forward with greater confidence.

Michelle Jones, certified Transitions and Resilience Coach at Fresh Approach Coaching, and Emma Pringle, certified therapist at Cherry Tree Therapy and Coaching NI, will host Shake Self-Doubt: Rise Into Your Potential at The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat on Friday 2 October 2026.

The half-day event will explore the patterns that fuel self-doubt and imposter syndrome, bringing together therapeutic insight, neuroscience and strategic coaching to help attendees understand what may be holding them back in their lives, careers, businesses and relationships.

Shake Self-Doubt

Aimed at capable and ambitious women who may appear confident on the outside but privately struggle with second-guessing themselves, the event will move beyond short-term motivational messages to provide practical tools and a personalised roadmap for lasting change.

Michelle Jones said: “Self-doubt can affect women at every stage of their lives and careers, including those who are already successful and appear to have everything under control. It can cause us to question our abilities, magnify small setbacks and hold ourselves back from opportunities we are more than capable of pursuing.

“This event is about helping women understand where those feelings come from and giving them practical ways to respond differently. Confidence is not simply something you are born with. It can be developed when you understand the patterns driving your doubts and begin to build a more supportive relationship with yourself.”

The interactive programme will explore the origins of self-doubt, how the nervous system responds to perceived pressure and threat, and how women can begin to rewrite the internal stories influencing their decisions.

Attendees will also consider the transition from self-doubt to self-leadership, learning practical techniques to manage their inner critic, recognise their strengths and approach their next chapter with greater clarity, calm and confidence.

Emma Pringle said: “Self-doubt is rarely just a matter of telling yourself to be more confident. Our previous experiences, learned patterns and nervous system responses can all shape how safe we feel when taking risks, becoming more visible or stepping into something new.

“By combining therapeutic understanding with practical coaching, we want to create a supportive environment where women can explore these patterns without judgement and leave with tools they can use in their everyday lives.”

The experience will include guided sessions, personal reflection, discussion, networking and lunch. Spaces are intentionally limited to ensure the event remains personal, interactive and impactful.

Guests can also choose an optional spa experience at The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat, providing time to relax and reflect following the masterclass.
