RNN Communications Launches Cred-AI

RNN Communications has launched Cred-AI, a new Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) service that helps organisations understand, measure and improve how they appear in AI-generated search results from platforms including ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude.

The launch comes alongside a rebrand for the communications consultancy, marking its growth from a consumer-focused PR agency into a strategic communications business serving clients across the UK and Ireland.

Reflecting its commitment to helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving search landscape, Cred-AI from RNN Communications combines market-leading AI search analytics and AEO expertise to help organisations secure greater visibility, credibility and discoverability in AI-generated search results.

Developed over the past year, the Cred-AI service audits how a brand currently appears within AI-generated search results, identifies opportunities to strengthen visibility and authority, and creates a strategic communications roadmap to improve performance over time.

As AI platforms increasingly influence how people search for information, evaluate organisations and make recommendations, Cred-AI is designed to help businesses build trust, credibility and prominence in the environments shaping the future of online search.

Commenting on the launch, Riki Neill, Founder and Director of RNN Communications, said: “Cred-AI will help our clients secure a first-mover advantage as AI increasingly changes how people search for, discover and engage with brands. Technology is transforming the way people find information, and our services are evolving. We remain committed to combining this innovation with experienced, professional advice that delivers meaningful results.”

Cred-AI launches alongside a new brand identity for RNN Communications, reflecting the agency’s shift toward a senior-led consultancy model and an increasingly diverse client portfolio spanning healthcare, construction, data centres, public sector, energy, FMCG, retail and e-commerce, with clients throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain.

RNN Communications

Founded by CIPR Fellow and Chartered PR practitioner Riki Neill in 2013, RNN Communications first built its reputation through consumer and retail campaigns. Today it delivers strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate PR and digital communications, including programmes supporting the UK expansion of retail and hospitality brands, often following successful campaigns in Ireland.

Riki Neill added: “The agency we are today is vastly different from the business I founded in 2013. Our commitment to client service hasn’t changed, but the scale, breadth and complexity of the work has changed significantly. Our new brand reflects who we’ve become, a senior-led consultancy that helps organisations solve business challenges, manage reputation, engage stakeholders and achieve their goals across multiple sectors and disciplines.”

As part of its next phase of growth, RNN Communications has promoted Jill McLernon to Client Director. Jill joined the agency more than 11 years ago and has played a key role in its growth. She has served on the CIPR Northern Ireland Committee for six years and has helped organise the Young Leaders Conference since 2022.

Jill McLernon said: “Having been part of the RNN journey for more than a decade, it’s exciting to help shape this next chapter. What makes RNN Communications different is that we work as genuine partners to our clients; we take the time to understand their businesses, challenges and ambitions, and that’s what allows us to deliver advice and campaigns that create real value.”

Cred-AI is available now to new clients and current clients of RNN Communications.
