Radius Housing has announced the appointment of Kelly Looker as Director of HR and Corporate Services.
Kelly joins Radius, bringing more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across human resources, organisational development and operational management. Kelly also brings significant governance and community leadership experience through a number of board and voluntary roles. Her appointment further strengthens Radius’s leadership capacity and reflects the organisation’s continued commitment to developing its people, culture and services.
During her career, primarily within the health and social care sector, Kelly has held a range of senior leadership roles, including 12 years as Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for acquisitions, HR, and support services. Her experience spans organisational growth, workforce development, culture change and governance within complex, highly regulated environments.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an accredited Executive Coach, Kelly has worked closely with executive teams and boards to develop people strategies that strengthen organisational performance, enhance employee experience and support sustainable growth.
In her new role, Kelly will contribute to Radius’s ongoing organisational development, supporting its people and corporate functions as the organisation continues to grow and respond to the changing needs of the communities it serves.
