NOW Group has appointed Sean Hanna as Chief Services Officer
In this key leadership role, Sean will oversee service delivery across the organisation, ensuring alignment with NOW Group’s mission and strategic goals. He will work closely with the CEO and COO to drive operational excellence, monitor performance, and deliver continuous improvement across all participant services.
Sean will also lead on developing strategic partnerships and engaging with funders, policymakers, and stakeholders to support innovation, inclusion, and community impact. He will champion the voice of participants in service design and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
