Northern Ireland Hospice appoints Mount Charles

Mount Charles has been appointed as the new catering partner for Northern Ireland Hospice under a four-year agreement. The contract includes an initial three-year term, with the option to extend for a further year, and will see the independent, family-owned business deliver catering services for residents, staff and visitors across the Hospice.

The partnership brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to care, service and people. Mount Charles will draw on its experience in healthcare and care environments to provide a high-quality catering offer that supports the work of the Hospice team and the experience of patients, families and colleagues.

As part of the contract, Mount Charles will introduce a number of service enhancements, including refreshed menus tailored to the needs and preferences of residents and staff, the introduction of its Clover & Grain food concept, a new on-site management structure and a renewed focus on quality, customer experience and innovation.

These improvements are designed to create a welcoming dining experience that complements the exceptional care provided by Northern Ireland Hospice, with comfort, nutrition and hospitality at its heart.
