CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards 2022 – The Winners 

The winners of the 10th annual CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards were announced at a glittering awards ceremony at Titanic Belfast attended by more than 420 people professionals. This year’s awards were hosted by TikTok sensation and Sunday Times bestselling author Serena Terry, better known as Mammy Banter.

The CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland.

The 2022 awards comprised of 14 categories, covering all aspects of HR and L&D, with awards for high-performing individuals and teams, and recognition for a range of people-related initiatives which have made a positive impact on work and working lives in NI.

Lee Ann Panglea, Head of the CIPD in Scotland and Northern Ireland said: “This was by far our biggest ever awards gala, and it was fantastic to be back at Titanic Belfast celebrating the very best of people management and development in Northern Ireland.
