Banbridge District Enterprises Expands Workspace Provision

Banbridge District Enterprises Ltd will continue to strengthen its role as a key driver of business development across the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon borough with new workspace provision, enhanced flexible working options and a continued focus on collaboration. Building on strong partnerships and impactful programme delivery, the organisation is preparing for another year of growth and opportunity for local entrepreneurs and businesses.

This includes the transfer of Dunbarton Court in Gilford, a well-located office facility offering more than 2,800 square feet of flexible workspace across three floors, creating new opportunities for businesses seeking high-quality premises.

Banbridge District Enterprises is also preparing to relaunch Deskspace, its co-working offering designed to support individuals transitioning from home working or those seeking a more flexible alternative to traditional office environments. In parallel, there will be continued promotion of conference and training facilities at Banbridge Enterprise Centre, ensuring businesses have access to professional, accessible space to meet, learn and grow.

These achievements come following a successful 2025 for the organisation, during which one of its standout achievements was the successful delivery of Enterprise Week. Led by Banbridge District Enterprises on behalf of Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, the initiative brought together a wide range of organisations and stakeholders to deliver a diverse programme supporting both business growth and wellbeing. The success of Enterprise Week highlighted the power of partnership working and established a strong foundation for future expansion.

Another key milestone was the establishment of the Local Economic Partnership within the borough, with Banbridge District Enterprises Ltd representing enterprise partners and playing an important role as a core member. This development reflects a shared commitment across partners to drive economic growth through strategic collaboration and coordinated support.
