Jonny McAlister has been appointed to the new role of Head of Customer Experience from his previous role as Head of Sales & Marketing. These appointments are part of Synergy Learning’s ambitious growth plans and are integral to an investment of over £500,000 in the company’s newly opened state-of-the-art Hub and a recruitment strategy that aims to grow Synergy Learning’s team over the next 12 months.

The company culture recognises the importance of maintaining staff wellbeing and development, while at the same time upholding the company’s exceptional performance for customers. The newly created roles will help develop both the customer and the team experiences.

On the Senior Leadership Team, Tory and Jonny will sit alongside Roy Kerley, founder and CEO, Peter Hinds, Head of Operations and Siobhan Quinn, Head of Finance.

Commenting on the announcement, Roy said: “Our people and our customers are at the core of everything we do and we’re excited about the creation of these new roles and what they will add to the Synergy Learning Senior Leadership Team. Tory and Jonny both have a wealth of experience in the respective fields and we’re lucky to have such great leaders. I look forward to the fresh insight and approaches they’ll bring to their new roles and the business.”

Tory and Jonny’s appointments follow several recent customer wins for Synergy Learning, including the World Trade Organisation and Hyundai Motor Europe, and a headquarters move to the new collaborative Hub located at the Catalyst Innovation Centre in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter.

Both appointments are effective immediately.
