Northern Ireland’s Young Leaders Conference returns to Belfast on Friday 23rd September, with keynote addresses from leaders of UK Industry and some of Northern Ireland’s most successful and notable names – including Dragon’s Den star, Sara Davies MBE and sporting legend, Carl Frampton MBE.
Sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills, the Young Leaders Conference, taking place at Crumlin Road Gaol, will bring together more than 200 young leaders to share best practice and learn from established business leaders and from each other. Aimed at encouraging and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow across industry and professional services, this year’s keynote speaker, Sara Davies, MBE, and a host of leading business speakers will discuss what it takes to lead through adversity in 2022 and beyond.

Leading entrepreneur and Dragon’s Den star, Sara Davies MBE will head up an impressive line-up of speakers that include, former two-weight World Champion Boxer, Carl Frampton MBE; tailor and entrepreneur, Chris Suitor; Chartered Accountant and Best Home Cook Winner Suzie Lee Arbuthnot; and prominent business leaders, Brendan McGurgan and Olivia Burns. Mentalist David Meade will return as conference compere.
The diverse range of speakers will share with the delegates the leadership lessons they have learnt from facing and overcoming adversity in their individual pursuit of success – both within their careers and personal lives.
