Michael Hutchinson, Nitec’s Operations Director stated, “Nitec gained its first gold competency in 2003, and here we are, eighteen years later having just earned our eighth. This is significant to us as, the older a company gets, the easier it becomes to rest on your laurels, and in a lot of cases, maintaining that level of enthusiasm and investment in both the staff you employ and technology you believe in, becomes more of a challenge.
