Hillsborough Castle and Gardens has launched a new corporate partnership programme designed to give organisations the opportunity to support one of Northern Ireland’s most significant heritage destinations while accessing a range of employee engagement, hospitality and networking benefits.
Launched this summer, the new Palace Partnerships scheme forms part of the wider charitable fundraising efforts of Historic Royal Palaces, the independent charity responsible for the care and management of Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, alongside the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Banqueting House and Kew Palace.
The initiative offers businesses the opportunity to contribute to the charity’s work in preserving and sharing historic sites while providing benefits including admission tickets, private tours, volunteering opportunities, invitations to exclusive events and discounts on commercial venue hire.
Hillsborough Castle and Gardens
Located in Royal Hillsborough and set within 100 acres of gardens, woodland and ornamental grounds, Hillsborough Castle and Gardens is Northern Ireland’s royal residence and the official residence of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. The site welcomes visitors throughout the year and hosts a wide range of cultural events, exhibitions, corporate gatherings and private celebrations.

The launch event welcomed representatives from across the business community, including Marsh, one of the world’s leading insurance brokers and risk advisors, which supports Historic Royal Palaces through a corporate partnership across its portfolio of sites.
