Northern Ireland Motor Industry Awards 2026 open for entries

The Northern Ireland Motor Industry Awards in partnership with Used Cars NI are officially open for entries for 2026, marking the fourth year of the region’s premier event celebrating automotive excellence.

Organisers have confirmed that the gala awards ceremony will return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast, on Friday 6th November 2026.

The 2026 awards will see the return of Sandy Burgess, former CEO of the Scottish Motor Trade Association, as Head Judge. Sandy will lead an expert panel in evaluating entries across 23 categories, recognising excellence in retail, service, innovation, and individual achievement across the local automotive sector.

A key highlight for 2026 is the return of the Lifetime Achievement Award, with the winner selected by the judging panel. Reserved for individuals who have made a significant and lasting impact on the industry in Northern Ireland, this prestigious accolade is presented every other year, making its return a highly anticipated moment for the motoring community.
