Annette Small, Communications Director

As Communications Director, Annette is responsible for creating impactful communications strategies and managing delivery across account teams.  A passionate advocate for her clients with a depth of knowledge across a range of sectors including tourism, retail, FMCG and not-for-profit, Annette has implemented award-winning campaigns for clients including Translink and Dale Farm.

With over 11 years’ experience, Annette has an excellent working knowledge of the media market across the island of Ireland. Annette joined Morrow Communications in 2015 from Temple Street Children’s University Hospital, Dublin and is a Fellow of the European Institute of Communications and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. 

Robyn McMurray, Senior Communications Manager

Robyn delivers integrated campaigns for a broad range of clients such as The Lost City Adventure Golf, Asda and Flahavan’s Porridge. With responsibility for both consumer and corporate communications including PR, advertising and social media activity, Robyn has extensive experience in delivering creative, engaging, and timely work for clients across NI, GB and RoI.

Robyn joined Morrow Communications in 2016 from Channel 4’s Press and Publicity department at its London headquarters. She holds a BA (Hons) degree in English from Queens University Belfast and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. 

Michael Magill, Communications Manager

Working across corporate, consumer and digital accounts, Michael manages integrated communications campaigns for clients including Moy Park, InterTradeIreland and FG Wilson. With specialist training in digital marketing, Michael is also responsible for delivering digital knowledge and skills workshops internally and for clients.

A member of the Morrows team for the past three years, Michael was previously Marketing Officer for South Eastern Regional College (SERC). He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Communications and Public Relations and a Professional Diploma in Social Media Marketing. 

Olivia McAleenan, Communications Executive

With a flair for media and influencer relations and content creation, Olivia supports the delivery of creative communications campaigns for clients including Asda, Flahavan’s and Sprucefield

Olivia holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Communications and PR from the Ulster University and is a member of the CIPR Northern Ireland Committee. Prior to joining Morrows’ Olivia was a member of Cool FM’s Street Team, helping promote the station and its clients at events.
