The second in a series of thought leadership podcasts has been launched by Belfast based independent accountancy and advisory firm Baker Tilly Mooney Moore.
Created in conjunction with arts group Bounce Culture and supported by the innovative Arts and Business Investment* programme, Donal’s podcast is available to listen to now at https://soundcloud.com/bakertillymm/donal-laverty-managing-change.
Exploring the challenges of leading organisational change, the podcast is presented by the firm’s Consulting Partner Donal Laverty, who has international consulting experience and expertise in all aspects of organisational design and development. It is particularly suitable for any business or organisation that is going to embark on a change process.
“Change, particularly transformative change, has become a way of life for many organisations. Leading an organisation through a change programme is a complex undertaking but there are enormous benefits to be gained,” said Donal.
“This podcast examines how to land change successfully, why change initiatives often fail and what a successful leader looks like.”
The final podcast in the series on Growing a Business by Baker Tilly Mooney Moore’s Consulting Partner, John O’Rourke who specialises in corporate finance, will be released in November.
The first of the Podcasts in the series was created by Andrew Webb of Baker Tilly Mooney Moore, and can be found here
