IT Solutions Company, Leaf Launch Customer Experience Centre: VIDEO REPORT

Award winning IT solutions company, Leaf have launched their new Customer Experience Centre in which they will host regular interactive events. These sessions will enable businesses to explore technology opportunities while discovering how IT can help them achieve business success.

Speaking during the launch, Kyle Johnston, Sales Director said “Leaf’s Customer Experience Centre gives customers the opportunity to bring their business needs directly to us. It provides an interactive environment where business challenges and goals can be proactively identified, discussed and aligned with IT solutions. It is a platform to allow customers to engage with technology, allowing them to get a feel for how products will work in their own business environment. Ultimately we want to empower businesses to get the most out of their IT investments while giving clients the opportunity to discover new solutions and products.”

Events will take place in the CEC on a regular basis covering a wide range of business challenges and solutions including mobility, collaboration, customer engagement and data analytics. Visitors to the CEC will be given the opportunity to experience Microsoft’s powerful productivity solutions first-hand as well as hear about updates and new features that can further enhance their IT.

Natalie Boyce, Leaf’s CRM Lead who took part in the launch and will facilitate customer engagement sessions in the centre says, “There are so many powerful features within Microsoft Dynamics CRM that can help teams sell more effectively, market smarter, connect with customers effortlessly and increase social engagement.
