Encouraging more companies to get involved, Samantha Hill, Marketing Manager at Thermoseal Group, said: “Winning the Export Champion of the Year prize at last year’s Amazon Growing Business Awards has helped open doors for us and its endorsement has spurred further growth. We now have business in Japan, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia, pushing us further into the global market. I would urge any local businesses who haven’t yet applied to get involved before the closing date.”

“The Amazon Growing Business Awards is a great way for small businesses to get the national recognition they deserve,” said Doug Gurr, UK Country Manager, Amazon. “We want to shine a spotlight on the best of British businesses to help inspire others to succeed, so I’d encourage Northern Irish businesses of all shapes and sizes to submit a nomination before the deadline closes on 15th September.”
