Customers are able to share their booking experiences with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays on Feefo, and for the second year running Jet2holidays has been awarded a Gold Trusted Service Award. Jet2.com has also improved from scooping the Trusted Service Award in 2018 to now achieving the Gold Trusted Service Award – Feefo’s most prestigious accreditation.
When you book a flight with Jet2.com or a package holiday with Jet2holidays, customers can leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link provided on the booking confirmation.
Jet2holidays currently holds a 4.8 score and has collected over 350 reviews with a rating between 4.5 and 5 in the last year.
Jet2.com holds a 4.6 score based on more than 500 reviews over the past 12 months.
