The deadline for entry for this year’s Chartered Institute of Personnel Development Awards has been extended to Friday 27th March 2015.
These prestigious awards, supported by headline sponsor Brightwater Recruitment will recognise and celebrate outstanding achievement in people management and development, and the impact and contribution to business sustainability and success.
Stephanie McCutcheon, CIPD NI Branch Secretary says, “A wide range of award categories are available and we are encouraging entries from individuals and teams from private, public and voluntary sectors. These awards provide a high profile opportunity for Northern Ireland’s HR and Personnel Development professionals to gain recognition for excellence in the industry.”
Entries are being sought in the nine categories of Employee Engagement; Health and Wellbeing; Change Management; Building HR Capability; Organisational Learning and Development; HR Team of the Year ; HR Consultant or Consultancy of the Year ; HR Professional of the Year and Outstanding HR Student.
In addition the CIPD Chairman’s Special Achievement Award, chosen by the Executive Committee of CIPD NI will recognise the significant contribution of an individual or team to the HR profession in Northern Ireland.
A panel of highly regarded Northern Ireland HR professionals will judge the categories and seek evidence that a particular people management and development initiative or project contributed to organisational sustainability and success.
The achievement of winners and highly commended entries will be celebrated at the Gala Awards Presentation on 14 May at City Hall, Belfast.
