This means creating a structure that is easy to understand. A clear and firm structure will give employees visions; they can start determining the goals they want to achieve, knowing that the company is facilitating their growth and appreciating their achievements.

Combined, these factors can help push employees to a whole new level. At the same time, it allows team members to feel at home and become more motivated, thus contributing more to the company.
