Independent accountancy and advisory firm Baker Tilly Mooney Moore, has launched the first in a series of thought leadership podcasts which consider areas of real interest to organisations today including business growth and leading change.
The first, which considers management and leadership matters, is presented by Economic Advisory Director Andrew Webb (pictured), who has extensive experience in commercial leadership, business development and economic research and analysis.
“As companies and governments work towards increasing productivity, the impact of management and leadership has come into sharp focus,” said Andrew.
“This podcast looks at the wider issues surrounding this and considers Northern Ireland’s position and the potential benefits that can be gained for all businesses by bringing management and leadership on to their agenda.”
Created in conjunction with arts group Bounce Culture and supported by the innovative Arts and Business Investment* programme, Andrew’s podcast is available to listen to now at https://soundcloud.com/bakertillymm/andrew-webb.
The next podcast on leading change by Baker Tilly Mooney Moore’s management consultant partner, Donal Laverty, will be released later this month followed by a podcast on growing a business hosted by the firm’s consulting partner John O’Rourke in November.
As part of the partnership with Bounce Culture, students from Baker Tilly Mooney Moore’s Graduate Training Programme also had the opportunity to learn about podcasting, digital recording and making their own music.
